- League: An organization or club that hosts multiple tournaments. Players join leagues to participate in their events.
- Tournament: A specific competition event within a league, with set dates and registered players.
Groups organize players by skill level and category (Men's Doubles, Women's Doubles, Mixed Doubles). For example, you might have a "3.5 Men's Doubles" group and a "4.0 Mixed Doubles" group within the same tournament.
Go to League Details > "Manage Members" and click the Edit button next to any member. You can update their First Name, Last Name, and Email. This works for both pending and approved members.
The system does not enforce a restriction — a player can technically be added to teams in multiple groups. However, the intended convention is that a player competes in different categories only (e.g., Men's Doubles and Mixed Doubles). Placing the same player in two groups of the same category (e.g., two 3.0 Men's Doubles groups) is not prevented by the system but is not recommended and is the league admin's responsibility to avoid.
When an admin creates a player account (via Quick Add or Bulk Import), no password is set. The player must go to the Login page and click "Forgot your password?" to receive a password reset email and set their own password.
The categories shown depend on two things:
- Your gender: Male players see Men's Doubles and Mixed Doubles; female players see Women's Doubles and Mixed Doubles.
- Tournament settings: The league admin chooses which categories are enabled for each tournament. A category not enabled by the admin will not appear regardless of gender.
Yes. Once all group stage matches in a bracket are completed, a "Generate Knockout Bracket" button appears on the Tournament Details page. Clicking it automatically creates semifinal matches from the top finishers in each group. This requires at least 2 groups for the same skill level and category with all matches scored.
