Overview

Welcome to Pickleball League Hub Manager! This system helps you organize and manage pickleball leagues and tournaments.

System Limits

To ensure optimal performance, the system enforces the following limits:

Tournament Players per Skill Level	80	50
Groups per Bracket	4	-
Teams per Group	10	3-6 recommended

Note: Players registered beyond the tournament limit will be waitlisted. The 80-player maximum is calculated as: 4 groups x 10 teams x 2 players per team.

As a player, here's how to join leagues and tournaments.

Step 1 Create Your Account

Click "Sign Up" in the top navigation
Choose "Player Account" and click "Create Player Account"
Fill in your name, email, phone (optional), gender, and password

Your gender determines which doubles categories (Men's, Women's, Mixed) are offered when registering for a tournament.

Register as Player

Step 2 Find and Join a League

Go to "Leagues" from the navigation menu
Browse available public leagues
Click on a league to view details
Click "Request to Join"
Wait for the league admin to approve your request

Private leagues are not listed publicly. You must be added directly by the league admin.

Step 3 Register for a Tournament

Once your league membership is approved, go to the league page
Find a tournament with Registration Open status
Click on the tournament to view details
Click "Register Now"
Select your skill level — the form shows how many players are already registered per level so you can see available spots
Select your categories — only categories matching your gender and enabled by the tournament are shown (e.g., Men's Doubles and Mixed Doubles for male players)
Click "Submit Registration"
Wait for the league admin to approve your registration

Step 4 View Your Dashboard

Go to "Dashboard" to see:
- Your league memberships
- Upcoming tournaments
- Your registration status
- Match schedules
