By accessing and using Pickleball League Hub ("the Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
Service Description
Pickleball League Hub is a web-based platform that provides tools for organizing and managing pickleball leagues, tournaments, and player registrations. The Service is provided to facilitate community sports organization and is not a professional sports management service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
Pickleball League Hub, its owners, operators, and affiliates make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding:
- The operation or availability of the Service
- The accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information provided
- The suitability of the Service for any particular purpose
- That the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
- That defects will be corrected
Physical Activity Disclaimer
NEITHER PICKLEBALL LEAGUE HUB, ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, NOR ANY LEAGUE MANAGERS ARE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURIES, ACCIDENTS, OR PHYSICAL HARM THAT MAY OCCUR DURING PICKLEBALL ACTIVITIES.
By using this Service and participating in any leagues or tournaments organized through it, you acknowledge that:
- Pickleball and other physical activities carry inherent risks of injury
- You participate in all activities at your own risk
- You are solely responsible for assessing your own physical fitness and ability to participate
- You should consult with a physician before engaging in physical activities
- League managers and organizers are volunteers and not responsible for participant safety
- The platform merely facilitates organization and does not supervise or control actual play
You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in pickleball activities, including but not limited to falls, collisions, muscle strains, and other injuries.
Data Loss Disclaimer
PICKLEBALL LEAGUE HUB AND ITS OPERATORS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DATA LOSS, CORRUPTION, OR UNAVAILABILITY OF DATA STORED ON OR PROCESSED BY THE SERVICE.
While we strive to maintain the integrity and availability of your data, we cannot guarantee:
- That data will be preserved indefinitely
- That backups will be available or recoverable
- That the Service will be free from technical failures
- That data will not be lost due to system errors, updates, or maintenance
Users are encouraged to maintain their own records of important league and tournament information.
League Manager Responsibilities
League managers who use this platform to organize leagues and tournaments acknowledge that:
- They are independent organizers and not employees or agents of Pickleball League Hub
- They are solely responsible for the conduct of their leagues and tournaments
- They must comply with all applicable local laws and regulations
- They are responsible for ensuring appropriate safety measures at their events
- They should consider obtaining appropriate liability insurance for their activities
- Pickleball League Hub does not supervise, control, or endorse any league or tournament
User Responsibilities
As a user of the Service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information when creating accounts and registering for events
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Use the Service in a lawful and respectful manner
- Not misuse, abuse, or attempt to exploit the Service
- Respect other users and participants
- Accept full responsibility for your participation in any physical activities
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PICKLEBALL LEAGUE HUB, ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, OR LEAGUE MANAGERS BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Any loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
- Any personal injury or property damage arising from your use of the Service
- Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
- Any errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in content
- Any interruption or cessation of the Service
- Any damages arising from events organized through the platform
This limitation of liability applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pickleball League Hub, its owners, operators, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms of Use
- Your participation in any leagues, tournaments, or activities
- Your violation of any rights of another party
Modifications to Terms
Pickleball League Hub reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms of Use.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
